Chemical Facility Flooring Systems

Acids, caustics, solvents, and the containment regulations that come with them. Maverick builds chemically resistant floors and secondary containment that hold what the process side spills — indoors and out.

Secondary Containment Chemical Resistant Interior & Exterior

Where Chemistry Meets Concrete

Chemical exposure is not one condition — concentration, temperature, and dwell time decide the system. We match resin chemistry to your exposure schedule, zone by zone.

Chemical facility flooring pairs chemically resistant resin floors with secondary containment: ¼″ troweled mortar for process areas, lined containment areas, sumps, and berms engineered for the stored chemistry, and exterior-rated builds for tank farms. Detailing concentrates at the corners and terminations — the places where containment fails.

Secondary Containment

Troweled mortar and membrane systems lining containment areas, sumps, and berms — engineered for the stored chemistry and inspection regime.

Process Floors

¼″ troweled mortar systems standing up to spills, washdown, and mechanical abuse between turnarounds.

Pump Pads & Equipment Bases

Rebuilt, sloped, and coated — including positive-side waterproofing where pads sit over occupied or sensitive space.

Trenches & Sumps

Lined and detailed to drain — the corners and terminations are where containment fails, so that is where our detailing starts.

Tank Farms

Exterior-rated builds tolerating thermal cycling, UV, and the forklift traffic that services the tanks.

Loading & Transfer Areas

Impact- and abrasion-resistant surfaces where drums, totes, and trucks move all shift.
