Maverick runs multi-site and national-account flooring programs for manufacturers and facility groups whose plants don't stop at the state line: one specification, one product set from our nine Mav product families and 25 products, and one accountable party across every location. How Remote Projects Work
Distance changes the logistics, not the process. A floor in Columbus or beyond gets the same engineering sequence as a floor 20 minutes from the shop — scoped remotely first, verified on site, installed by the same crews against the same specification.
- 1. Scope starts remote. Send square footage, traffic, exposure, photos, and slab history. A Maverick engineer responds with a recommendation and budget direction within 48 hours — that's our standing promise.
- 2. Site assessment on your slab. Before anything is specified, we walk the floor: moisture testing, existing coatings, drains and slopes, failed joints, and the operating constraints around your production schedule.
- 3. The material travels with the crew. Systems are manufactured in Farmington Hills and arrive as factory-batched, matched kits — the same components, the same batch discipline, whatever the ZIP code.
- 4. Installs phase around your operation. Weekend, overnight, and area-by-area phasing are standard practice, engineered into the crew plan before anyone mobilizes.
- 5. One warranty, one signature. Material and workmanship are warranted by the same company that engineered the system — no gap for a remote project to fall into.
Why Distance Doesn't Dilute the Spec
Most out-of-area flooring bids are a subcontract: a local applicator, someone else's resin, and a warranty that lives in the gap between them.
