Polyaspartic floor coating is a fast-curing, high-solids resin finish applied as a thin-film topcoat — typically 10–16 mils — over an epoxy basecoat in a nominal 20–30 mil multi-coat system. It cures tack-free in 40–110 minutes, accepts foot traffic in 4–6 hours and vehicle traffic in 48, and stays UV-stable without yellowing under daylight. Maverick's fast-cure system pairs the MavCoat FC rapid-cure basecoat with the MavSeal UPA polyaspartic topcoat.
