Terms and Conditions

Every Maverick proposal names the version of these terms it incorporates.

Current version: Version V60 — effective September 21, 2026.

Each version of Maverick Performance Solutions' standard terms and conditions is kept at its own permanent address and is never edited after publication, so the terms a customer agreed to always remain exactly as they were when the proposal was signed. If your proposal names a version, that version governs it.
