Every Zone Fails Floors Differently

Brewery flooring in the brewhouse and cellar is typically cementitious urethane — MavCrete UM installed as a ¼″ troweled mortar — because hot wort, steam, and 180°F+ CIP cycles demand full-thickness thermal shock resistance while lactic and acetic acids work on the chemistry. Dry-side grain handling shifts to ¼″ MavClad EM epoxy mortar, and the taproom carries decorative MavCoat finishes on the same engineering.
