MavRapidPatch Fast-Cure Polyurea Crack Filler
MavRapidPatch is a two-component, 100% solids polyurea crack filler. This fast-curing formula allows for quick concrete repair to cracks, joints, holes and other damaged concrete surfaces.
MavRapidPatch: Fast-Cure Polyurea Crack Filler
MavRapidPatch has a low viscosity formula that provides excellent adhesion to concrete, creating a permanent repair to damaged concrete surfaces. Its fast cure time allows repaired areas to be opened to traffic in as little as 10 minutes.
Silica sand can be added to form a paste that reduces sag and flow where edge work is needed; do not add more sand than the volume of the mixed liquids, and make sure the sand is dry.
Where it fits: MavRapidPatch is a repair product used to fill small concrete defects, cracks and joint sidewalls before a coating system is installed.

Substrate Requirements
Concrete must be sound, clean, dry and free of contaminants such as dirt, dust, grease, oil, silicones and anything else that may affect adhesion, and should be a minimum of 28 days old. For spalled concrete or pop-outs, use a wire brush or twisted wire wheel to remove loose or deteriorated concrete before application. Cracks must be chased and cleaned with a diamond crack chasing blade on a handheld grinder. After preparing the area, remove all dust and debris with a vacuum; all surfaces must be clean and dry before filling with MavRapidPatch.
Mixing and Installation
MavRapidPatch can be applied with air, surface and material temperatures from 0° to 95°F (-18° to 35°C); higher temperatures shorten pot life and working time. Mix or shake both components separately, premeasure equal amounts of Base and Activator, then mix them by stir stick or drill for 20–30 seconds, mixing only what can be used within 2 to 3 minutes. Do not thin with solvents. Where edge work requires a paste, add dry silica sand to the Base and premix before adding the Activator, then mix for a further 20–30 seconds; never add more sand than the volume of the mixed liquids. The material has a very short work time, so do not overwork it or try to rework previously applied material. Typical equipment is a drill with Jiffy-type mixing blade or stir stick, a trowel or wide putty knife if sand is added, and tape, roller pans and measuring and mixing containers.
